I have 6+ years of experience in Product roles, working on products in various industries, problem spaces, and forms. The major through-line across my product work:
Figuring out the best ways to use digital capabilities–such as workflow automation, connected technologies, and data-driven intelligence–to make a system more useful, valuable, and experientially better for end users. From working on this type of product, I have particularly deep experience with system analysis, data mapping, and experience research & design.
